Andrew Brown
Co-Founder and CTO
Andrew Brown is the co-founder and CTO of Elasticito. Andrew has a B.Sc Eng (Elec) degree and has spent the last 24 years working in Cybersecurity.
Prior to establishing Elasticito, Andrew was Managing Director for Europe at Cognosec, a NASDAQ listed Cybersecurity Systems Integrator and Advisory company. Andrew’s other positions include co-founder and Managing Director of DRS who were the largest McAfee solutions provider in Africa.
In his spare time, Andrew can often be found in the early morning burning up the miles on his road bike.
Ronan Lavelle
Co-Founder and CEO
Ronan Lavelle is the co-founder of Elasticito and brings over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software and information security industry.
Prior to founding Elasticito, Ronan was part of the core team that built web application security vendor, Zenedge from start up to eventual acquisition by Oracle. Ronan has founded or being involved in several other early stage technology and services businesses.
In his (increasingly scarce) spare time, Ronan is an avid sailor.

Together with our team, she drive expansion across Europe’s key markets. With 20 years’ experience, she doesn’t just tick compliance boxes; she provide the roadmap and the tools to protect the bottom line and ensure sustainable growth.
Harvey Wells
Cyber Engineer
Harvey Wells is a Cyber Security Engineer at Elasticito, providing holistic security solutions with a specialist focus on Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (CSCRM) and Microsoft Security ecosystems.
As a First-Class Cyber Security graduate and Class Excellence Award recipient, he bridge academic rigour with hands-on expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). Utilising industry-leading platforms like Black Kite, Overe, and ScyTale, he helps organisations strengthen their compliance and digital resilience.
His focus is on neutralising supply chain vulnerabilities and providing the technical insights needed to navigate complex security frameworks and emerging threats.
