Co-Founder & CTO | Cyber Risk & GRC Specialist
Andrew Brown has over 24 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Risk Quantification, and GRC. As Co-Founder and CTO of Elasticito, he helps organisations identify threats and prioritise remediation to measurably improve their security posture.
Professional Background: Previously, as Managing Director for Europe at the NASDAQ-listed Cognosec, Andrew championed the NIST Cyber Framework and executed a strategy that drove over 30% year-on-year growth. Prior to this, he co-founded DRS, building it into the largest McAfee solutions provider in Africa.
Education & Interests: Andrew holds a B.Sc. Eng (Elec) from the University of the Witwatersrand, providing a rigorous engineering foundation for his career in digital infrastructure and security. This technical background allows him to bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and executive-level risk management.
In his spare time, he can often be found in the early morning burning up the miles on his road bike.
Ronan Lavelle
Co-Founder & CEO | Cyber Risk Specialist
Ronan Lavelle has over 30 years of experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Elasticito, he leads the team in working with enterprise customers to develop robust cyber risk mitigation strategies and strengthen their security controls.
Professional Background: Ronan’s extensive career includes holding key roles in the technology and cybersecurity space; having worked in Sales, Marketing and Executive Leadership roles for large technology companies, small start ups and as the founder of several successful ventures. Demonstrating significant industry authority, Ronan is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, a community reserved for the world’s leading CIOs, CTOs, and technology executives.
Education & Interests: Ronan holds BA in Business Studies, an MBA from Newcastle University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
In his (increasingly scarce) spare time, Ronan is an avid sailor.

Izabella Stueflotten has over 20 years of experience in Digital Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). As VP at Elasticito, she drives expansion across Europe, helping enterprises neutralise vulnerabilities by connecting them with the right technical innovations.
Professional Background: An industry-recognised leader, Izabella is a GRC Ambassador Award winner and has been dubbed the “Queen of GRC”. She specialises in delivering strategic roadmaps that go beyond compliance box-ticking to protect the bottom line and ensure sustainable growth for organisations.
Education: Izabella is an MBA-qualified strategist.
Harvey Wells
Cyber Engineer | CSCRM & Microsoft Security Specialist
Harvey Wells is a Cyber Security Engineer at Elasticito, specialising in Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (CSCRM) and Microsoft Security ecosystems. He bridges academic rigour with hands-on technical expertise to help organisations strengthen their digital resilience and compliance posture.
Professional Focus: Harvey focuses on neutralising supply chain vulnerabilities through robust Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). He actively utilises industry-leading platforms, including Black Kite, Overe, and ScyTale to navigate complex security frameworks and mitigate emerging threats.
Education & Awards Harvey is a First-Class Cyber Security graduate and a recipient of the Class Excellence Award.
